​Born and raised in Thailand with a blend of Chinese heritage, my journey into meditation started early, inspired by my father’s practice. Traveling the world has enriched my spiritual path, and it was during this journey that I discovered Reiki—originally seeking to heal myself. For the past seven years, Reiki has become more than a practice; it’s my way of life. As Reiki Master Mikao Usui said, "The secret art of inviting happiness, the miraculous medicine of all diseases."
