Reiki with Crystals

Crystals have been used for centuries in traditional and contemplative practices.

In a Reiki with Crystals session, selected crystals are gently placed on or around the body to support relaxation, focus, and a calm atmosphere.

Each crystal has unique physical characteristics, such as structure and composition, which are traditionally associated with different qualities in holistic practices.

During the session, the presence of crystals is intended to encourage stillness, awareness, and deep relaxation.

The experience is quiet, grounding, and personal, allowing space for rest, reflection, and mindful presence.
