for Courses

Please read the following terms before booking a course. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms.

Your booking is confirmed only after payment has been received. Until then, it is considered a booking request and your place is not reserved.

The deposit is non-refundable and must be paid in Thai Baht, either via Wise or in cash at the center. Once the transfer is complete, please send us the Wise transfer link so we can verify and process your booking.

Course fees must be paid in full on the first day of the course. 

For multi-level programs, the full program fee must be paid before the course begins. 

Klaus reserves the right to cancel the course while it is in progress. In such a case, a full refund for the remaining levels will be provided.

If you cancel your course on the first day, the following refund policy applies:

• Single-Level Courses (Level I, Level II, Level III, Level IV): A 50% refund of the course fee will be issued.

• Multi-Level Courses & Programs (Level I & II, Level II & III, Level III & IV, Level I–III, Level I–IV, Level II–IV): A 30% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 70% of the total course fee is refundable.

If you book a multi-level program and cancel after completing one or more levels, no refund will be issued for the levels already completed.

For the remaining incomplete levels, you will receive a refund equal to 50% of the fee you actually paid for those levels (based on the discounted course price only). The original full price is not used for refund calculations.

 

Note: In the Mastership Program (Level I–III), a discounted fee of 12,000 Baht applies to Level III.
In the Master/Teacher Program (Level I–IV), a discounted fee of 10,000 Baht applies to Level IV.
