Combination Reiki with EFT

From my experience, it is always very helpful to combine Reiki with EFT when you are suffering from a deep emotional issue. It is especially effective if this emotional issue has caused you problems for a long period of time. Reiki helps to bring up the deep-seated issue, and then EFT helps with releasing it.

In other words, Reiki is the divine love that 'supports' you in the process and EFT is more the 'practical' part in the healing process. So both are needed, and both support one another. I experienced this process in my guided sessions already over a long period of time. In many cases you need to go through a lot of layers to the core of the problem. ​What is HypnoReiki?

HypnoReiki combines the power of two ancient healing treatments.

Reiki is an ancient Japanese belief-related therapy. Where a therapist lightly places their hands on, or just above, your body’s chakras (energy centers) in order to influence the flow of qi (life energy) through your body. Hypnotherapy involves a trained practitioner guiding you through a form of deep relaxation known as therapeutic hypnosis. A hypnotic state enables increased focus and heightened suggestibility where we can re-experience in vivid detail. In psychoanalysis, Sigmund Freud used hypnosis as a fast-track to the unconscious, enabling him to work with his patient’s repressed memories. This blended treatment involves being put under therapeutic hypnosis, where your therapist will perform Reiki and use a range of techniques to encourage you to deal with any underlying issues that were raised in the consultation.

Combination Reiki with Chakra Balancing

Reiki channel can focus, for example, on headache and help to make it go away. The body, the receiver, directs this energy towards the pain, and simply the more calm and balanced state the body is in, helps to make the headache disappear. Or it can be even ourselves, we can regulate or change our incriminating circumstances through our own self-healing power.

The chakras are like big open rooms, in which energy and consciousness is stored. All seven chakras have a specific function, and represent unique human qualities, for example, self confidence, creativity, love, etc. When the chakras are either blocked or depleted, and energy is not flowing freely through the chakra points, this may lead to various problems, such as diseases and problems with organs.
